Go to Flights. Assume you have a bided flight. Select your flight. Click select on the flight you want.

Now go to Dispatch and click on Go to Pre Flight.

That will take you to the Live Map. Scroll to the top and click Start ACARS Flight once you are at the gate. When you are done with your flight, go back to Live Map and click End Flight.
